The Longleaf Business Park has a permit from the Southwest Florida Water Management District, and no stormwater retention is required on any lot. All stormwater is retained in areas serving the entire Park. A notice is sent to the water management district whenever a building permit application is received.

There is no need for transportation access permits, as the Park already has the necessary permits from the Department of Transportation.

There are no County facilities that will be impacted, and, therefore, no County permits are required.

There are no public hearings or committee reviews. The building permit applications are reviewed and approved by city staff in the Building Department.
